It’s a cute Christmas story in which you fill in the blanks with the names of Christmas Carols. You are given the names of the 20 carols, all you have to do is put them in the right blanks. It sounds simple yet it's tricky enough to be a challenge.
What's nice is that even if someone knows very few if any Christmas Carols, they can do this puzzle.

One Silent Night as we were tucked in our bed and dreaming of a White Christmas we heard a noise Up On The Housetop. My husband and I quickly got out of bed to see what was happening. We couldn't believe our eyes for there was Jolly Old St Nicholas standing in our living room looking down at our young lad and saying What Child is this? Our son was talking to him and telling him All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth.
I turned to my husband and said Do You Hear What I Hear? My husband said, "Well, It's beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas around here. At least it is not like last year when our son was telling everybody I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus . I sure am glad you didn't make me wear that outfit again this year." We told Santa "Have a Holly Jolly Christmas" and left him to his work. As we left we asked, "Is there anything else you need?" He replied, "For the sake my sleigh Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow"
We awoke on Christmas morning to find that someone had decorated our tree. We inquired, "O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree who decorated you?" and now what does the rest of the house need? The tree boughed and then pined, "You could Deck the Halls with boughs of Holly I miss her."
Soon the phone rang and it was our daughter telling us I'll be Home for Christmas or else I'll have a Blue Christmas without you. We were wondering how we would tell her the news that her Grandma got run over by a Reindeer. And no it wasn't Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer who did it. At dusk carolers came into our yard, stood amongst the spruce and fir and sang Here we come a wassailing among the leaves so green. So we passed out mugs of mulled cider and then sent them on their way. Another Christmas day was done and we sat with a cup of cider as we listened to the crackle of the Chestnuts Roasting On an Open Fire, raised our glasses to this toast to all of you, We Wish You a Merry Christmas.
If you've enjoyed this puzzle and if and only if you have a bit of time to do so would you mind dropping a note to my wife Sandy at sgriffin922@bowtieproducts.com and let her know? Thanks so much.
It’s my wife Sandy’s puzzle more than mine and it’s a bit warmer, cozier, family friendly puzzle than the first 3 are. The other adult Christmas party games can be done standing up. This is a more relaxed, sit down and take your time puzzle.
